With the purpose of carrying vigorously forward the spirit of educationists, creating a strong atmosphere of honoring the teacher and valuing education, encouraging the national teachers and educators to implement the fundamental task of moral education and actively participate in the construction of educational power, the celebrating ceremony for the 40thTeacher’s Day and commendation conference for the national advanced collectives and advanced individuals in the education system were held in Beijing. Professor Pan Hongge from the Institute of New Energy Science and Technology, Xi'an Technological University, won the title of "National Model Teacher".
