Founded in 1980, School of Economics & Management now provides seven undergraduate programs. Among them, the Human resources management major is recognized as a National-level specialty. The School has three academic master programs, Management Science and Engineering, Business Administration, and Applied Economics. It also offers MBA, MPAcc, and Master of Logistics Engineering.
The faculty team comprises 16 professors, 35 associate professors, 48 PhD, and 10 part-time professors. The school, at present, has more than 2800 undergraduates, 300 graduate students and 3 international students.
In recent years, the school has taken more than 100 research projects, 12 of which are granted from National Natural funds, 7 are National Social science funds, along with15 social science foundations of Ministry of Education of China and more than 70 Shaanxi provincial research project and 20 corporate cooperation projects. The faculty has published more than 600 high-level theses and 20 treatises, 200 of which were indexed by SCI、SSCI、EI、CSSCI. The school also got 100 awards from Ministry of Education of China, Shaanxi province, etc.
