The closing ceremony and award presentation for the 15th "Challenge Cup" Shaanxi Auto Group College Students' Extracurricular Academic Scientific Works Competition, jointly organized by Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League of China, Education Work Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, Shaanxi Association for Science and Technology (SNAST), Shaanxi Academy of Social Sciences, Shaanxi Students’ Federation, and Development and Construction Management Committee of Xixian New Area, was held at Weiyang Campus, Xi’an Technological University on May 24, 2025.
Since its inception, this competition has received 991 entries from 86 universities across the province. After preliminary and final rounds, 94 Grand Prizes, 130 First Prizes, 169 Second Prizes, and 239 Third Prizes were awarded. Northwestern Polytechnical University won the "Challenge Cup", while eleven universities including Xi 'an Jiaotong University received the "Outstanding Cup". Fifteen institutions such as Shaanxi University of Science & Technology and Northwest University of Political Science and Law were honored with "Outstanding Organization Awards", and five universities including Xi’an FanYi University received the "Significant Progress Award".
In this competition, Xi' an Technological University secured the "Outstanding Cup" with 10 entries winning 6 Grand Prizes, 1 First Prize, and 3 Second Prizes.
