Recently, the 2025 National College Students Surveying and Mapping Discipline Innovative Entrepreneurship Intelligent Competition has come to a successful conclusion. The competition is organized by Education Committee ofChinese Society forSurveying and Mapping, hosted by Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology (IMUST), and co-organized by Southern Surveying and Mapping.
XATU achieved new records in four events of the non-specialist group surveying skills competition, winning 5 Grand Prizes, 2 First Prizes, and 7 Second Prizes, with an award-winning rate of 64%. The total number of awards ranked first among Shaanxi provincial universities and ranked second among Shaanxi participating universities. Prof. Wang Xiaoqian from School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, XATU, was honored with the title of "Outstanding Instructor".
