From May 15 to 17, the “Aokai Cup” 11th International College Students Intelligent Agricultural Equipment Innovation Competition, co-hosted by the International Commission of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, the Chinese Society for Agricultural Machinery, the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering, the Collaborative Innovation Center of Modern Agricultural Equipment and Technology, and the International Alliance of Agricultural Engineering Universities, and organized by Gansu Agricultural University, came to a close in Lanzhou, Gansu. Five teams from our university won one first prize, three second prizes and one excellence award.
The project known as“Fresh Fruit Weighing and Packaging Machine”in Category A6 (Intelligent Primary Processing Agricultural Equipment Invention), supervised by Zhang Hui, won the first prize in the national final. Three projects won second prizes in the national final:“Gankuaishou Cabbage Harvester”in Category A5 (Intelligent Harvesting Agricultural Equipment Invention), supervised by Jiang Xinguang, and“Zhiyunzhe — Multi-crop Precision Seeding and Intercropping Integrated Machine Based on IoT Fusion Positioning”in Category A2 (Intelligent Planting Agricultural Equipment Invention), supervised by Zhang Xinyun and Wang Lijun,and“All-Terrain Jujube Harvester”in Category A5 (Intelligent Harvesting Agricultural Equipment Invention), supervised by Shen Xiumei and Su Guokang. The project”Yuying Xunpu — Bionic Flapping-wing Bird Repeller”in Category A8 (Other Intelligent Agricultural Equipment), supervised by Zhang Chuanyun, won the excellence award in the national final.
