On the afternoon of March 28, a delegation from the International Office of Institute of Technology Carlow, Ireland, visited our University. The International Office faculty members of our university held a friendly meeting with the delegation. The two sides held friendly and effective talks on the prospect of cooperation between the two universities. Donal McAlister, director of the international office of Institute of Technology Carlow, said that they are willing to carry out concrete cooperation with our university in many aspects, such as inter school teacher-student exchanges and teacher training. The relevant persons in charge of the International Office of our university presided over and participated in the meeting.
At the meeting, the two sides reviewed the history of cooperation and exchange between the two universities, and made a detailed and in-depth discussion on further deepening the academic cooperation relationship, expanding the field of exchange and deepening the level of exchange. At the same time, they reached a consensus on further expanding the exchanges and cooperation between the two universities.
At the end of the meeting, the delegation gave a lecture for the students at the School of Economics and Management of our university, and introduced the situation of Ireland and Institute of Technology Carlow.
