On the morning of May 8, Yu Wende, vice president of Chaoyang University of Technology in Taiwan, paid a friendly visit to our university. Liu Bo, vice president of Xi'an Technological University and the directors of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office, College of Chinese Calligraphy, and School of Arts and Media attended the meeting.
First of all, Xue Hong, the director of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office, expressed sincere welcome to the vice president Yu Wende and vice president of Xi'an Technological University Liu Bo delivered a welcome speech. Later, vice president Yu Wende introduced the history of Chaoyang University of Technology in Taiwan and the development in recent years, especially the progress and breakthrough in the latest technology development, such as energy-saving control software. In addition, he focused on the development of cooperation with universities in mainland China in recent years, and expressed his desire to carry out in-depth cooperation with our university in more fields.
Vice president Liu Bo further introduced our expectation of cooperation with Chaoyang University of Technology in administration, teacher training and other aspects, and expected that both sides would discuss this issue in depth. Later, directors of College of Chinese Calligraphy and School of Arts and Media held friendly talks with Yu Wende on the development needs of the college in overseas exchange and learning.
