At the invitation of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, Professor Wang Zhongsheng from the school of computer science and engineering of our university went to the school of computer science of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University for teaching and exchange from June 14 to 20, 2019. This lecture is about decimal network, a brand-new Internet architecture.
