On September 25th-27th, initiated by the National and Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for New Network and Testing Control, the 3rd International Conference on Computer Networks, Electronics and Automation, jointly organized by Xi’an Technological University, Belarusian State University of Transportation, James Cook University in Australia, Missouri State University in the United States and University of Huddersfield in the United Kingdom, has been successfully held with the participation of many universities and research institutions at home and abroad.
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, foreign scholars were not invited to this meeting. Mou Chengjin, director of the International Strategy Center of China Mobile Communications Federation, Xu Yinqiu, director of the Decimal Network Standards Working Group, Song Zhiguang, director of Block Chain Innovation and Application Laboratory in Tongji University, and more than 80 people from domestic universities attended the academic seminar.
The meeting was presided over by Wang Jianguo, executive deputy director of the National and Local Joint Engineering Laboratory and dean of Schools of Computer Science and Engineering in our university. Lei Yaping, chairman of the conference and president of XATU, delivered a welcoming speech and introduced the inclusion of conference articles. Some teachers from the Decimal Network Standards Working Group, Hebei Normal University, Xi’an University of Technology, Shanghai Tongji University, Xi’an Shiyou University and Xi’an Technological University made a conference exchange.
The participating scholars exchanged the latest research results on computer network, electronics and automation. The conference will play a positive role in promoting the academic exchange, scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation of our university in relevant fields. In order to enhance the influence of our university in this field, the conference will publish a collection of essays issued by IEEE Computer Section Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and will be submitted to EI Compendex and other major databases for retrieval.
